In my mind, though, there are plenty of cool little details that I'd still like to add... but seeing as time is limited, and i've been procrastinating on my homework enough as it is...
Although her unique sense in fashion tells otherwise, Sahara spends most of her time watching everyone else around her. She is quiet and never says anything. Though this may be, she isn't exactly standoffish.
...She simply cannot speak.
Ever since the time of her birth, Sahara has not been able to let out a single sound, save for a few scratchy rasps. The cause was not diagnosed exactly, but one theory is that her vocal chords never fully developed.
Despite this tragedy, she never fails to join in on the conversation, using her animated facial expressions and some sign language (she never really got the hang of the whole system).
She frequently dyes the currently blonde part of her hair various colors... right now, it's just blonde.
((Chibi-ish looking character similar to Sahara)) Name: Dahlia Age: technically, 17 Gender: female Height: 1 inch Weight: ... 2 paperclips?
This mischievious little sprite is the spirit of Sahara's identical twin, Dahlia, who was a stillborn. In a way, she is Sahara's opposite: loud, opinionated, and in-your-face. Often times, Dahlia can "read" Sahara's mind and relay her sister's thoughts to others, like a translator.
Dahlia can be found hanging out in Sahara's bird cage earring.
....Battle?: Both use hand-to-hand combat and work as a team. Dahlia uses her juggernaut speed to attack and confuse enemies, her hits equal to the strength of a shot of a BB gun. However, this is only on occasion. More frequently, she'll do her bit by setting traps and weakening the enemy down for her sister. Sahara steps in using the fighting technique she learned on the streets of Tokyo. With her titanium-plated gloves and steel-toed boots, her overall battle style is somewhat simplistic.
Okay. That's it, I guess. Whoo. That was fun, though. I hope some people take a look at this... -___-''
